Brownies....

Nu este negresa clasica, romaneasca pe care o stim cu totii.....este sora ei...faimoasa brownie, absolut delicioasa si plina de ciocolata. Aveti nevoie de:

  • 200 gr ciocolata neagra
  • 200 gr unt
  • 40 gr cacao
  • 150 gr faina
  • 3 oua
  • 5 linguri zahar





Glazura:  

  • 50 gr ciocolata
  • 50 gr unt
  • 50 ml smantana pt frisca
Se pune untul si ciocolata la topit, si cat se raceste amestecam ouala cu zaharul, apoi amestecam in compozitie untul si ciocolata fara a mai folosi mixerul, doar o spatula, adaugam apoi cacao si faina, in transe, amestecand usor. Punem compozitia intr-o tava cu  hartie de copt si dam la cuptorul preincalzit pentru 25-30 min. Lasam prajitura sa se raceasca si abia apoi o portionam si punem glazura. Eu am pus pe fiecare portie cateva fructe de padure....imi place combinatia ....prajitura ciocolatoasa si fructele acrisoare....DELICIOS!
